Stamp Club Review – January 2022

Hearts! Robots! Gorgeous patterned paper and beautiful colors!! That is what we experienced at January Stamp Club. Project 1 was this Mini Paper Pumpkin Box. These boxes come in a 10-pack! They are easily assembled with no adhesive necessary. One side is matte and the other is a glossy food-safe surface. The Designer Series Paper, used to wrap around it, is called Sweet Talk. (all products are listed at the very bottom of post)

Mini Paper Pumpkin Box

These adorable tiny notes make the perfect mini valentines! Each one is created out of 1/2 of a notecard and envelope (#159232), sold in packs of 20. The envelope gets resealed (after cutting it in half) with a 1″ x 3″ strip of DSP.

Mini Notes & Envelopes

Begin with Notecards & Envelopes (#159232 white Or #144236 vanilla) and cut each notecard and each envelope in half.  (Alternatively, use Thick Basic White cardstock cut 2 ½” x 7” and scored at 3 ½”.)

Stamp each mini notecard as Desired. We used:

Sweet Talk DSP (#157616).  Cut 1 strip per envelope of a variety of patterns.  1” x 3”Use adhesive and 1 strip to “seal” the side of the cut envelope.

To make Bridge card – place the score line at 2” mark on a trimmer.  Cut.  Take that piece (that you cut off) and cut it at 2”.  You will use all the pieces.

Take the piece that is 2” wide and insert and punch with the Delightful Tag Topper Punch. Adhere pattern #2 piece of DSP to this.  This is your Bridge.   Attach ribbon.

Adhere the other 2 strips of DSP according to size, to the front flap of card and to the remaining piece of Highland Heather cardstock.

Adhere the 4” x 5 ¼” white cardstock to inside of card.

Stamp Robot on scrap, in black ink (we used the *Stamparatus).  Color and fussy cut.

Cut a tag shape from Tasteful Labels Dies (#152886) in Real Red cardstock.

Stamp sentiment/words on white scrap in black ink. Fussy cut so it fits inside your Red tag shape.

Assemble all components on the “Bridge”.  Then use “Bridge” to assemble the card front. Take care when placing your strong adhesive on the Bridge so you don’t accidentally glue your card shut.

Add Red Rhinestone to top of Robot and Iridescent Rhinestones as desired.
