It’s time to take your love for coffee beyond the mug! Let’s make cards.
The all new A Little Latte Suite collection features FABULOUS coffee-themed papers, a stamp set with matching dies, some adorable trim (see it in the photo below) and swirl accent embellishments! These are perfect products if you, or someone you know, loves coffee, lattes, cappuccino, mocha or any other delights.
The card above has a full tutorial on YouTube. It’s episode #108 of my series Simply Saturday. You can see that video down below. In keeping with this lay-out, we made a similar card at Stamp Club on March 13. This is the version we made:
One of the things that makes this DSP so desirable is the color scheme. Lost Lagoon, Lemon Lolly and Calypso Coral surprisingly work so well with the Early Espresso (dark brown) and the Pecan Pie (lighter brown). The colors are cheerful!
To make the card above, you’ll need:
- Lost Lagoon card stock 4 1/4″ x 11″. Score and fold at 5 1/2″ and 6 1/2″
- A Little Latte DSP (main pattern) 4″ x 4 1/4″
- A Little Latte DSP (secondary pattern) 4″ x 3/4″
- Lemon Lolly scrap for die cutting
- White card stock scrap for stamping and die cutting (and a panel for inside 4″ x 4 1/4″)
- Polka Dot Trim 8″
- Adhesive-backed Swirl Dots
- Latte Love stamp set
- Lost Lagoon ink pad
- Liquid glue, Glue dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals
When creating with these products, you can decide to use the bolder paper with images of coffees or beans along with cute sentiments. Or use the subtle theme papers along with bold mug, spoon, even French Press stamp images. The combinations and options are endless.
