Super fast and easy, but oh so cute!! To make these tags you’ll need:
- Basic white card stock 2″ x 4″
- DSP cut into triangles that measure 1 1/2″ x 2″
- Pecan Pie card stock 1/4″ x 1″
- Ribbon, twine or trim and embellishments of your choice
It was so fun to make these – at first I was just grabbing scraps of old holiday DSP and coordinating the other items. But as I got going, I found myself starting with rhinestones or a certain ribbon and then finding DSP that would pair nicely. So either way! Begin with the paper, or begin with the fancy elements.
You’ll see in the video how to cut the triangles easily, position the tree trunk and more. I’ll even show you optional ways to make the “topper” part of the tag (especially if you don’t own a tag topper punch). And I’ll also show you some versions that I used a To/From stamp to add words to the front.

I hope you’ll make some of these! When you do, be sure to share a photo with me at my Facebook group page. If not a member, just send me a request.
