Let’s CASE a card

Darling Details is a beautiful stamp set (currently offered as a Bundle with coordinating dies). This is a set that you might “skip over” when initially browsing the catalog. But take another look! Page 68 in the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.

As a demonstrator, I receive weekly emails from the company and last week a card was featured in 3 levels of difficulty. I CASEd the simple one (Copy And Share Everything). CASEing a card is a great way to revive your stamping “mojo” if you feel a little stale or uninspired. This is how my card turned out:

To make this card you’ll need:

  • Card base: Bubble Bath card stock 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″; score and fold at 4 1/4″
  • Layer: basic white card stock 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″
  • Baker’s Twine – about 14″ (cut into 6″ and 8″ lengths)

I colors I used include Berry Burst, Bubble Bath, Orchid Oasis and Garden Green. I added some retired Epoxy Essentials as embellishments, but it would look great with some Rhinestone jewels (item 144220) or Pastel Adhesive-backed Sequins (item 160387)

You can view the card tutorial on my YouTube channel. It is episode 77 of my Simply Saturday weekly series. I’ve included it here as well.

Thank you for stopping by. Hugs & Happy Stamping!
